IT'S TIME FOR FAMILY FUN IT'S TIME FOR FAMILY FUN WELCOME BACK, WE MISS YOU! PLEASE NOTE: OUR COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES, INCLUDING MASK-WEARING, REMAIN IN PLACE. PLEASE RESERVE YOUR TIMED TICKETSAND LEARN MORE
ABOUT OUR VISITOR SAFETY GUIDELINES. Buy your timed tickets now! We’ve taken extraordinary measures to ensure that you feel safe and that you receive the experience that you trust and expect from a visit to any of the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Rest assured that we are strictly enforcing mask and social distancing policies. Carnegie Museums are exceeding the recommendations by the Allegheny County Health Department by limiting building occupancy to 25%. VISITORS AGE 2 YEARS AND OVER ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS OR OTHER CLOSE-FITTING FACE COVERINGS OVER THE NOSE AND MOUTH. Museum staff and volunteers will be wearing masks, too. We follow this important updated PA Department of Health guideline to protect ourselves and each other. Visitors who, for medical reasons, cannot wear a mask or other close-fitting face covering may instead wear a plastic face shield that covers the nose and mouth, extends below the chin and to the ears, and leaves no exposed gap between the forehead and the shield’s headpiece. In all circumstances, an appropriate face covering of some kind is now required of all visitors. If you have questions, please call and speak with a Visitor Services representative at 412.237.3400. If you are unable to wear a face mask or a face shield, we invite you to explore our virtual offerings at Carnegie Museums From Home,
until the time comes when mask-wearing is no longer required. PLEASE NOTE: Carnegie Museums reserves the right to require that visitors who do not follow posted safety guidelines or instructions from our staff leave the premises. Failure to comply with this policy or rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Please see our Visitor Conduct Policyfor
more information.
