Donovan Clendenning. Donovan Scott Clendenning, 49, of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. He was born in Frankfort on August 27, 1971. Donovan graduated from Frankfort Senior High School in 1989 and then Ivy Tech as a journeyman electrician. He worked at Arconic (formerly Alcoa) as an electrician and maintenance technician. RED BARN SUMMER THEATRE ANNOUNCES 2021 SCHEDULE Artistic Director Michael J Taylor Thursday announced the line-up for the 2021 season at the Red Barn Summer Theatre. The three shows will be “Who’s in Bed with The Butler?”, Neil Simon’s “The Odd Couple,” and the musical comedy, “The Marvelous Wonderettes.” “Butler” will open the season on June 9, followed by “The Odd Couple” on June 23. STREET DEPARTMENT RECOGNIZES FORMER EMPLOYEE Street Department employees hold up the banner that will now adorn the Russell Anderson Recycling Center. The Frankfort Street Department recognized former employee Russ Anderson Friday afternoon for his commitment and dedication to the City of Frankfort and the Frankfort Street Department by renaming the recycling center in his honor. STATE ROAD 26 WILL CLOSE THURSDAY DUE TO ROAD WORK The first section of State Road 26 scheduled to close on or after Thursday is from just over one half of one mile east of Rossville to State Road 75. The official detour utilizes U.S. 421 to State Road 18 to State Road 75 and back. This section is scheduled to be closed until June 7, reopen and then close again July 10 through August 17 ofthis
