Bede has 16 beds providing assessment and treatment by a multi disciplinary team. They will support you to develop new skills to manage your mental health. During your stay you will be offered the following treatments and therapies: • Occupational therapy – COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND RECOVERY TEAM The Community Mental Health Assessment and Recovery Team provides a service for adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions. For example, this could include: depression which is difficult to treat, reoccurs or has a significant impact upon your ability to get on with daily tasks personality disorders specific disorders such as moderately severe and CRISIS RESOLUTION AND HOME TREATMENT TEAM The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team is a team of experienced mental health staff, which includes nurses, social workers, psychiatrists and pharmacy staff. We offer assessment and home treatment for people over 16 experiencing a mental health crisis, as an alternative to hospital admission. The team operates across Newcastle and Gateshead 24 hours aFELLSIDE WARD

It can be difficult to get to sleep on a ward.
