What is the European Coalition for Community Living? The European Coalition for Community Living (ECCL) is a Europe-wide cross disability initiative working towards the social inclusion of people with disabilities by promoting the provision of comprehensive, quality community-based services as an alternative to institutionalisation.NEWS | ECCL
The Zilina regional authorities are building institutions rather than developing community-based alternatives. The newly renovated long-stay institution for men in Liptovský Hrádok tragically called ‘EDEN,’ will have capacity for 81 men and have 51 staff.PUBLICATIONS
