Add the garlic and blend until it's in such tiny pieces that you can't even see it. Pour in the vinegar, along with MANGO AVOCADO CHIPOTLE SALSA 1 cup mango, small dice (click for How to Cut a Mango) 1/3 cup red onion, small dice. 1/3 cup seeded tomatoes, small dice. 1/2 cup avocado, small dice. 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon chipotles in adobo sauce, finely chopped. juice of 1 small lime. salt and finely ground black pepper to taste. SPICY QUICK PICKLED BROCCOLI Turn the heat to low and steam just until the broccoli is tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli and immediately add it to the bowl of ice water.
