KNITTING PATTERNS

SEWING PATTERNS AND IDEAS Sewing can be so creative and we have free sewing patterns and ideas for all ages including purse and bag patterns, home decor projects, kids sewing patterns and lots of fun novelty patterns too. BASIC CHILD’S KNITTED BEANIE 1st decrease row- K2 together across the row. Last row: Purl across. Cut a 12″ length of yarn, thread a yarn needle. Carefully pull the last row of knitting from the needle and thread the needle through every stitch. Pull tightly then whip stitch the seam shut. Add a Pom Pom to the top of the beanie and it EASY SUMMER FLOPPY HAT 3. Using the bowl/dish from the top of the hat, center it on the brim pieces and cut out of the center. 4. Sew the two strips into separate loops along the short ends, right sides together. 4. Pin each top of hat to each sewn loop, with right sides together. Center a piece of string (about 20 inches (50 cm)) long inside the fold and tape the fold closed. POTTY MOUTH TOILET SEAT COVER The lip liner is just what hugs the bottom edge of the toilet seat. These scented papers are homemade and easy to make using supplies you already have at home, which include fragrant or essential oils and of course your selected paper. MAKE PAPER FROM DRYER LINT Put the paper and dryer lint into a bowl, cover it with hot water (it will float but should be soaked thoroughly and sitting in water), and let it soak for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours. DISH CLOTH/TOWEL BRITCHES Make sure you sew/weave through all the layers. Take the ribbon and tie 3 bows down the middle to form the gusset of the pants, a simple in and out of each side of the pant legs will be fine. Then place two bows at the bottom of each towel to form the pant legs. Sew/weave the ribbon at the bottom of each pant leg to form a hem around 1/2 inchAd
