BRUSH COLLECTION AND DROP OFF Brush Drop-Off Site. The City's Brush Drop-Off Site, located at 410 S. Main Street, is open the first and third Saturday of each month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, April through November. The first drop off opportunity is Saturday, April 18, 2020. Proof of residency, such as a driver's license or vehicle sticker is required to drop-off brush atthe

The City's annual May Brush Pickup Program is scheduled to begin May 3, 2021. This year the City will be divided up into four zones. Please click on the link below to see when your zone of the City will be serviced. During your scheduled week of pickup, please have your brush out by 6:00 AM on that Monday. For example, please note the following: WATER AND SEWER BILLING Billing Cycle. Each customer is billed every month. Payments must be received before 5:00 PM on the 21st of the month to be considered on time (If the 21st of the month falls on the weekend or a holiday, then the due date is the next business day). A 20% penalty is applied to the unpaid balance on the account after the due date. 2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN The City's overall Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Map describes how and at what pace the community desires to develop physically, economically and socially. The plan functions much like a road map; it is a means to an end. It serves as a guide for citizens, developers, and the City in order to manage the evolution and growth of thecommunity.
