IMPORTANT: If you are having trouble setting up your scanner for the first time, or if your scanner is not detected by your deposit program, please contact your bank or deposit sevice provider first! In most cases, this is a software issue that Digital Check cannot correct and must be resolved by your bank. NON-CONFORMING IMAGE (NCI) A Non-Conforming Image, or NCI in banking occurs when a scanned image of a check is transmitted for clearing, but is rejected during clearing, and then sent back (without being processed) to the bank that scanned the check. This may happen for a few different reasons, as explained below. It is important to note that a non-conforming image rejection is NOT the same thing as an insufficient FULL-PAGE CHECK SCANNER Captures up to 105 checks per minute. NETWORK CHECK SCANNERS Network Module. The SecureLink module is a plug-in appliance that turns your standard TellerScan or CheXpress scanner into a network-ready check scanner. It has a small processor that runs our SecureLink network API, and handles scanner operation and image compression in a self-contained environment.
