HIGH SHOALS FALLS-
A sucession of five waterfalls grace this 170-acre scenic area. These falls have an estimated total vertical drop of 300 feet. The High Shoals Trail (1.2 miles) follow along High Shoals Creek to observation decks beside two of the five streams cascading in the High Shoals Scenic Area. Take GA 75 N from Helen for 1.4 miles. Turn right on FS Rd 283 at the High Shoals sign. Go 1.5 miles on this road. GOLDEN ISLES RV PARK We have 160 sites situated on 14 acres only 7 miles from the beautiful Atlantic shores. Jekyll Island, St. Simon and Sea Island are but only a few of the attractions nearby and of course Historic Downtown Brunswick. New pool. Variety store, laundry, showers, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball. Pets allowed. SAPELO ISLAND'S CABRETTA CAMPGROUND This rustic group campground off Sapelo Island has beautiful low-country scenery, with salt marsh, tidal creeks, Spanish moss, live oaks and Atlantic Ocean beaches. Groups arrive by ferry. Showers and restrooms, a group shelter, Adirondack shelters, fire ring and grillsare available.

COLLINS HILL PARK AQUATIC CENTER Amenities include 15 acres, indoor 25-yard by 25-meter swimming/diving competition pool, outdoor leisure pool with a lazy river, water play structures and two slides, 1-mile paved multi-purpose trail with a road crossing to Collins Hill Park across the street, swimming lessons, water aerobics and other aquatic activities for all ages. TRADERS HILL CAMPGROUND & RECREATION AREA Primitive campsite, trailer camping, boat ramp, fishing pier, picnic tables, bbq pits, nature trails, picnic shelter, rest rooms, and ample parking and docking space. JOHN'S MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA A small portion of this WMA is state-owned. This WMA is owned primarily by the US Forest Service with a small amount of land leased annually from private landowners. This area supports healthy game populations and is popular for deer and turkey hunting, as well as trout fishing. Zoom around on roller coasters, hit the slides at Splash Island, and see exotic animals, such as lions, giraffes, elephants and more. 10. Six Flags Over Georgia. Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell has something for kids of all ages. GOLDEN ISLES RV PARK We have 160 sites situated on 14 acres only 7 miles from the beautiful Atlantic shores. Jekyll Island, St. Simon and Sea Island are but only a few of the attractions nearby and of course Historic Downtown Brunswick. New pool. Variety store, laundry, showers, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball. Pets allowed. ETOWAH RIVER CAMPGROUND Etowah River Campgound which is located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains opened in 1994, to offer families and groups a fun safe place to go camping. We currently have a total of 85 campsites here. There are 59 RV sites that have full hookup, and 26 tent sites. Etowah River is within walking distance from all Rv sites, and several of the tent sites are right on the river for your SAPELO ISLAND'S CABRETTA CAMPGROUND This rustic group campground off Sapelo Island has beautiful low-country scenery, with salt marsh, tidal creeks, Spanish moss, live oaks and Atlantic Ocean beaches. Groups arrive by ferry. Showers and restrooms, a group shelter, Adirondack shelters, fire ring and grillsare available.
LAWRENCE SHOALS CAMPGROUND Lawrence Shoals Park, located on Lake Oconee has a full-service campground with water and electrical hookups. We offer picnic table and grill, comfort stations with hot showers, washers/dryers, soft drink machines, ice, pay telephones, R/V dump stations, and camper and boat storage.
