The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers oftheir organisation.

HOME OF FASHION'S NEXT GENERATION The Fashion Retail Academy, awarded Ofsted Outstanding, is the quickest route to a career in fashion retail. We offer one or two year fully funded Diploma courses and two-year accelerated Degree courses across a range of head office roles including Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Digital, Merchandising and RetailManagement.
Our Degree courses include a three-week industry experience with a major high street brand each year and a personal industry mentor to coach and guide you towards your future career aspirations. Working closely with over 140 fashion brands, our Level 3 Fashion Retail Diploma includes an industry enterprise initiative. This provides you with the unique opportunity to look at different aspects of a business. If taking Level 3 Fashion Design, you will work in small groups alongside an industry mentor in your second year to provide coaching and development. Level 4 students receive a three week industry experience to support your newly developed vocational skills. Level 2-4 Diplomas also benefit from a 48 hour industry challenge and industry critique to receive feedback on a specific project from one of our brand supporters. We also provide our students with a range of meta-skills like problem solving, critical thinking, and project management which all work together to make them job-ready on graduation.
