Each of the charts below show the patterns of annual call volume by month during the last ten fiscal years (FY 2012 to FY 2021, beginning October 1, 2011). These charts show simplified call types, categorizing calls as EMS, Fire/Other and total calls. Pattern differences by year can be attributed to many factors. DEPARTMENTAL ORDERS
Article III Section 9 -10 (in part) On-duty company officers will review the contents of the Fire/EMS Orders and Memos Folder on the computer desktop each morning before lineup for any orders issued during their current or previous tour of duty. The officers will then relay this information to the members at lineup. General Orders will contain orders affecting the permanent policy of theRESPONSE TIME
As part of this new effort, FEMS updated response time goals and requirements to align with NFPA Standard 1710 measures. These measures were incorporated in Fiscal Year 2016 (FY 2016) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and described in the Department’s FY 2016Performance Plan.
