TRANSFER OF FGDP(UK) TO THE COLLEGE OF GENERAL DENTISTRY The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS England) has agreed to transfer FGDP(UK) to the College of General Dentistry (CGDent), the new independent college representing the interests of primary caredentistry.
While there is still much to do, we aim to complete the transfer by 30 June 2021. This will mean that all the current responsibilities of FGDP(UK) will be undertaken by CGDent from that date. Members are invited to make a choice about their FGDP(UK) membership, including the benefits they are entitled to. The options are: * either to transfer your membership to CGDent; * or to remain a member of RCS England through the Faculty of DentalSurgery (FDS)
