SIRLOIN TIP ROAST
Sirloin Tip Roast. To properly cook a roast beef, we need around 325 to 350 degrees for about 20 - 30 minutes per pound. Most of the other smokers I have owned required a lot of effort to keep that (relatively, for a smoker) high temperature going for an extended period of time. BBQ PORK CHOPS
Instructions. Prepare the grill for high direct heat, preheating until it is ready. Oil the grates. Trim off excess fat and salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Add to grill over direct high heat with lid closed. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn pork chops over and continuegrilling, lid

Grill on the cooler side for about 6 - 7 minutes with the lid closed. Open the lid and use your tongs to turn the chicken breasts over and move them back over to the hot side of the grill. TIP FOR SOAKING CEDAR PLANKS When you do remember to soak the plank 1 to 2 hours ahead, soak 2 (or 8 Cedar Grilling Planks, buy them here) of them. Then, after soaking, wrap the extra in heavy duty aluminum foil and throw it in the freezer. Cover the lamb with mustard mixture and let lamb come to room temperature, about 20 to 30 minutes. TIP FOR SOAKING CEDAR PLANKS Fish, check! Marinade, check! Side dish, check! Pre-heated grill, check! Soaked cedar plank.uh oh. Not sure how many times you’ve done the “rapid” cedar plank soaking, where you tell your wife and kids that “the fish needs more time to marinade”. HOW TO SEASON YOUR CAST IRON COOKWARE ON A GRILL: MAKE Golden brown cornbread in a cast iron skillet on the grill. I use my cast iron skillet for everything from corn bread to bacon to frying fish. I even have a cast iron combo cooker for when I get the urge to make some sourdough bread. HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES First, we use russet potatoes. Better browning and flavor than other potatoes. Peel the potato to have a better flavor and texture. Cook’s Illustrated 1 used wedges for speed of cooking and reducing waste, but I’m a square fry guy so I cut my potatoes into slices of even thickness, about 1cm wide (about 1/3 inch). KEEP IT SIMPLE FOR PERFECT FILET MIGNON Filet Mignoneven the name sounds intimidating. Most captains of the grill panic at the shear mention of this great piece of meat. Nightmares of burning, drying and otherwise screwing up this fine cut of beef can make even the most seasoned grill chef break out in hives! PORK TENDERLOIN ROTISSERIE STYLE I like gadgets. Especially gadgets that help make delicious pork tenderloin over an outdoor fire. Rotisserie pork tenderloin isn’t tons better than just NEW YORK STRIP STEAK RECIPE New York Strip is one of our favorite steaks to grill. Grill recipes for steak don’t get any easier than this! As with grilling filet mignon, less is more when grilling new york strip steaks.The best way to grill these kinds of steaks is over direct high heat. COAL ROASTED SWEET POTATOES Roasted sweet potatoes go great with most meals and are really easy to cook over your charcoal while grilling the rest of the meal. Simply wrap them in foil and let them hang out down there while your coals get hot and continue to roast the sweet potatoes while you grill yourmeal!
