HOWARD CENTER ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2021 2021 Conference Details: This half-day conference will be hosted by Howard Center’s Catherine Simonson, LICSW and moderated by Dr. Jude Smith Rachele of Abundant Sun and Howard Center will offer various perspectives on connection, compassion, and belonging, including themes of confronting stigma, improving access, continuing advocacy, advancing policy, and giving voice.
