The private sector can help expand access to and quality of CLINICAL SUPERVISION IN THE WORKPLACE: GUIDANCE FOR Clinical Supervision in the Workplace: Guidance for Occupational Nurses. This leaflet has been designed as an introduction to clinical supervision. It aims to stimulate ideas and to encourage occupational health nurses to set up supervision practice in their workplaces. MCH was selected given its centrality in two of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and its ability to act as a proxy for strengthened health systems.
