Since 2007, both the data and governance landscapes have evolved immensely. To take into account those changes, a thorough review of the IIAG was conducted between 2018 and 2020, providing a completely re-worked framework for the next iterations of the IIAG at both conceptual and methodological levels. 2021 FORUM REPORT COVID-19 IN AFRICA Over a year ago, the emergence and the spread of COVID-19 shook the world and changed life as we knew it. The Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships form a selective programme designed to mentor future African leaders. 2020 IBRAHIM INDEX OF AFRICAN GOVERNANCE: A NEW ONLINE With the launch of a new IIAG dataset and fully revised framework, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation (MIF) has also made a complete redesign of its online data portal at iiag.online, the first since it was launched in 2016..
