Where We Are is a new creative initiative by Starcatchers, Imaginate and Lyra, encompassing a travelling ensemble, creative play, and participatory performance making, all co-designed with children and young people across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Fife.. Supported by the Creative Scotland Youth Arts Targeted Fund, Where We Are will recruit up to 17 artists, practitioners, and production staff to IDEAS FUND: SMALL SMALL RAINBOWS Small Small Rainbows is a celebration of tiny stories: reading them, writing them and playing with them. Carnival is a time when you can be anyone – from a mighty warrior to a mythical butterfly, or even a cunning trickster! Lovey and Boy are best friends, who love to dance, and are excited for carnival time. Boy is discovering more about who she is. With the support of Lovey they embark on a journey learning more about their heritage and about LAUNCHPAD — IMAGINATE Launchpad is a project to support early career theatre and dance artists interested in making performance for young audiences. Our aim is to create routes into the sector, offer paid research and development time and support the development of new scratch ideas.__
