Agent Procedures appear to be scheduled by a user that is no longer with the company. Agent Procedures are not approved even though they were created by a "Master" user. RocketCyber, the Dallas-based startup Kaseya has acquired, was custom-built for smaller MSPs serving the SMB market, and will be quickly integrated with the THIRD-PARTY PATCHING: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW Third-party patching or third-party patch management, is essentially the process of deploying patch updates to third-party applications that have been installed on one or more of your endpoints (e.g., servers, desktops, or laptops). Third-party patching addresses bugs or vulnerabilities in the software that either affect its function orsecurity.

Agent Procedures appear to be scheduled by a user that is no longer with the company. Agent Procedures are not approved even though they were created by a "Master" user. Agent Procedures show as Pending Approval. VSA AGENT PEER-TO-PEER (P2P) CONNECTIVITY Kaseya Remote Control (KRC) utilizes peer-to-peer (P2P) connectivity whenever network conditions allow it. If the P2P connection is not possible, a relay connection is used instead. Depending on physical locations of view, agent, and Kaseya server, relay connections may have significantly higher latency than P2P connections, causing poorvideo

Agent Procedures show as Pending Approval. TROUBLESHOOTING KASEYA AGENT CHECK-IN PROBLEMS There are four possible causes: Agent service (Agentmon.exe/ AgentMon) has failed or is no longer running. Agent is unable to connect to Kaseya server on agent check-in port (5721 by default) Agent license count has been exceeded on the server. RESET MFA FOR NEW DEVICE RESOLUTION. Any System/Admin user can reset the 2FA login by navigating to System >Server Management > Logon Policy > Two Factor Authentication Settings section, select the user account, and remove the enrollment. On the next login, the user in question will be SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT DEPLOYMENT ERROR: "FAILED TO INSTALL 1. Force update the agent and check if the scheduled updates go through - this can be done via "Agent > Manage Agents > Manage button > Update Agents option": 2.
