Entheogens and psychedelics have shown unique promise in REIMAGINE | PRACTICES TO SUPPORT THE GRIEVING BODY When my mom died, my body felt broken, but I had to continue my master's program, go back to work, live life. My body, the holder of my grief and my relationship with my mom, became my solace and my ally in my grieving process-may these practices invite you to find thatsame connection.

Over the past five years, the LGBTQ+ Puerto Rican/ diaspora has become intensely intimate with trauma and loss: the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando followed by the devastation of hurricanes and earthquakes, all of which were compounded by COVID-19 and health disparities. Together in conversation with incredible panelists, we will explore how communities on the Island and the U.S. are healing, coping, and connecting through spiritual and religious practices. George Floyd's death one year ago today sparked anger, grief, rage, and action across the globe. Here at Reimagine, his untimely passing at the hands of police launched Table Talk; a series of free, live, virtual events that seek to address the central question: "What does it mean to live and die well in our respective communities?" While this ongoing series is explicitly created by and for underrepresented communities, we invite people of all backgrounds to join us to witness, listen and learn.
