We are trying to make our club better, having more educational meetings, more door prizes, raffle items and guest speakers. We also have the routine maintenance items like website, food for meetings,, membership dues to national marine organizations, and print/publication fee's. (DOG) BRITTANY SPANIEL TO GOOD HOME My wife and I gave a Brittany Spaniel a home a few months back and shes been a great dog, but is a little to high strung for our oldest pug Luna who is 13years old. We do not think its right to have to crate her or leave her outside so we need to find her a new home. She is 100% Full blood. Liver and White in color and approx 3yrs of age. KEEPING MULTIPLE ANGELFISH We have three angels in our 210g that we've had for a couple of years (or more) and they do not even notice one another. They are a coral beauty (dwarf), a flame (dwarf) and a bellus. I would think that in a 375g tank you could keep whatever you like. The coral beauty went in first and several months later the flame was added. HONDA BLACKMAX 8125 GENERATOR looking to get $600 paid $1000 for it. Features. 8,125 Watts (maximum) 6,500 Watts (running) 13HP OHV gas engine. Overhead valve (OHV) engine provides improved fuel efficiency, longer life, easier maintenance and less noise. Large 8-gallon tank with fuel cap gauge provides up to 12 hours runtime at 50% load. CALCIUM REACTOR PROBLEMS I have been ignoring my reactor for about a week now and I just discovered that the drip had stopped. Now the media inside looks different and the effluent is milky. When I first set up the reactor the effluent was clear. I'm thinking that may be because it was new. The drip has never been accurate. Sometimes it runs fast and sometimesit runs slower.
LED COLORS?
What do you guys think about adding green and red to an LED fixture? Does it really help out any? Im about to order an LED fixture within the next month and am wanting to get it right the first time. Also the person advised me that they recommend 18K for the whites. Any input onthis?
**FIXED** RO FILTER WON'T STOP PRODUCING WASTE WATER Hey guys, MY RO filter has a constant 'hiss' of working it never stops. I got underneath the sink today and started working on it, I knew i had a very slow leak in the 10 inch pre-filters. So I took care of that, but it still wouldn't stop. I finally accidentally creased the waste water line, and the hissing stopped. So am I right in thinking this means the RO membrane is either faulty, or notLIVE ROCK QUESTIONS
You'll get some color with the tonga/marshall island stuff, but it really depends on your tank and lighting. I've got a few spots of bluish/green corraline, like Joel, but most of my tonga rock is maroon and then encrusting purple over it. Alright looked at tank today that I am thinking about purchasing and the live rock in the tank is covered by these things (sorry phone cam pic here) and I am trying to figure out what these things are. They are light purple in color and the largest ones are the dia of dimes. They have a hole in the center of them that appear to go all the waydown to the base.

CAR AUDIO
I recently upgraded the sound system in my car, only to total it 2 weeks later. No damage was done to the areas of the car where the audio system was housed. So I am selling off what I have left of my basically new system. The equipment was taken care of and was not pushed to very loud volumes. It was professionally installed, so no damage was done by an amateur installer. BIO PELLETS VS SULPHUR DENITRATOR Thought maybe we could discuss the differences between the two nitrate reduction methods. Pros and cons are welcome. Let's keep it civil. What's always good for the goose isn't always good for the gander. I've run a denitrator for a while now. So here's my thoughts on them. Good 1) I've used the same sulphur media for almost 5 years with only periodically rinsing the media a couple of PAJAMA CARDINALFISH EATING HABITS... Hey all I finally broke down and bought a pair of fishes for my tank. I bought two Pajama Cardinalfish (as the title suggests). I choose these fish since they are peaceful and normally out in the open for all to see. Here is my problem Before I bought (12/29/05) the fish I had the store "prove" to me that they were eating, both fish ate justfine.

I normally do, with the recent setup i am running a filter sock. but will probably rmove it at some point.. I would not recomend running without one unless you just don't want to clean it. Good 1) I've used the same sulphur media for almost 5 years with only periodically rinsing the media a couple of PEROXIDE DOSING AND DIPPING Just wanted to share peroxide dosing and dipping results. I have been doing both regularly for over a year now. I know this is nothing new but I also know a lot of people don't know about it or are very skeptical like I was. For heavy outbreaks of algae I dose 2.5ml daily for 7 days. *I have seen no ill efects to entire system or macro algae* I also dip with peroxide on Zoas and liverock and CO2 TANK AND FILL IN SAN ANTONIO? Hello fellow reefers! I just purchased a Geo calcium Reactor, Milwaukee regulator and ph controller. All I need to get it up and running is a Co2 Tank. NEED TO CORRECT VALUES AND MORE QUESTIONS Trying to wrap my head around fixing parameters and battling dinoflagellates. Read various measures to kill the dinoflagellates. I have my own ideas taken from what I read. Black out tank, less food.. etc etc. I think the values are the root cause for it thriving. I believe it was introduced into the tank from fish or coral bought at a LFS since its happening to my tank and friends.
