These global rules contain all the technical information, safety requirements and information on energy categories and vehicle types that teams must follow. ALAMAT UP - MAKE THE FUTURE - STRIVING FOR SUSTAINABLE ENERGY To help track and reduce CO 2 emissions from passenger vehicles, the Alamat UP team has designed a mobile app. Titled CERO (CO 2 Emission Reduction Operation), it aims to act as a platform for users to monitor their fuel consumption and reduce it by implementing eco-driving best practices. Among its features, the app includes: Real-time eco-driving notifications CHALLENGER COMPETITIONS Challenger competitions are designed for teams looking to discover Shell Eco-marathon for the first time, or for seasoned competitors to fine-tune and refine their cars ahead of Regional competitions. Up to a maximum of 50 teams, featuring both Prototype and Urban Concept car design, can take part in each Shell Eco-marathon Challengercompetition.

CHALLENGER COMPETITIONS Challenger competitions are designed for teams looking to discover Shell Eco-marathon for the first time, or for seasoned competitors to fine-tune and refine their cars ahead of Regional competitions. Up to a maximum of 50 teams, featuring both Prototype and Urban Concept car design, can take part in each Shell Eco-marathon Challengercompetition.

SHELL ECO-MARATHON WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES This prestigious series sees teams, who have achieved the highest level of energy efficiency in their Regional competition, go head-to-head to prove they can maintain maximum energy efficiency with real-world speed. It includes three Regional Championships, held in Americas, Asia and Europe, and a global World Championship finale.
