RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships. I’ve been writing about relationships for well over a decade now. It took a lot of trials and many more errors for me to figure out what really makes relationships work (as well as what turns them into raging, toxic dumpster fires). All of those painful but ultimately meaningful lessons I learned can be found in the following THE 47 BEST FICTION BOOKS OF ALL TIME If you’re looking for a good novel or story to read, here’s my list of the 47 best fiction books of all time—in no particular order. Ulysses by James Joyce – Banned for obscenity in the United States, a stream of consciousness classic that follows one Irish man’s every thought for an entire day.; War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy – Often called the best novel ever written. THE RISE AND FALL OF KEN WILBER THE 27 BEST NONFICTION BOOKS OF ALL TIME Here’s my list of the 27 best nonfiction books of all time, in no particular order. Essays by Montaigne – The original polemicist and essayist. Montaigne was a social critic living in France in the 16thcentury.

DO YOU NEED THERAPY? The culprit is something buried within your unconscious which is causing you to react in such an irrational manner. By attending therapy, you can start digging into the past, your emotional development, traumas, life problems, childhood, and find the trigger. Maybe your mother made a habit of leaving you behind when you weremost vulnerable.

RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships. I’ve been writing about relationships for well over a decade now. It took a lot of trials and many more errors for me to figure out what really makes relationships work (as well as what turns them into raging, toxic dumpster fires). All of those painful but ultimately meaningful lessons I learned can be found in the following WHY YOU CAN'T TRUST YOURSELF Why You Can’t Trust Yourself. Awareness of your biases and other cognitive shortcomings is the only way to make sure they don't screw up your life—and everyone else's. B ertrand Russell famously said, “The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are THE RISE AND FALL OF KEN WILBERTHE VIRTUE OF DOUBT
Doubt is healthy. Doubt is a virtue. Just like lifting heavy weights breaks down bone and muscle to make them stronger, the same is true with doubt and one’s ideas and beliefs. There is no such thing as faith without doubt. Doubt is necessary to test the faith and make it HOW TO GET OVER A GIRL AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFEHOW TO BE AN AMAZING GIRLFRIENDHOW TO GET A GIRLFRIENDHOW TO GET ALL THE GIRLSHOW TO GET OVER GIRLFRIENDHOW TO GET OVER HER This is a guest post written by Samer. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE Change can be a difficult and slow process, but if you can see things just a little differently, you can start to see big progress. Here are 7 ideas that can help you figure out how to change your life. HOW TO LET GO OF YOUR REGRETS Hating some part of yourself in the present messes you up psychologically. 1 But hating a part of your past is not much different. 2 It harbors shame and resentment. It inculcates self-loathing. And it makes you a real drag at parties, metaphorical and otherwise. But the way to get over regret is not to ignore it. 4 PRINCIPLES OF PRODUCTIVITY Productivity is a tricky balance. On the one hand, if you treat yourself like a slave, flagellating yourself, locking yourself into a quiet room and not allowing yourself to have any fun, ever, then you’re going to get burnt out and things will slowly come apart. WHY EVERYONE YOU DATE IS A PSYCHO 1. Their boldness counterbalances your inhibitions. If you are uncomfortable showing romantic interest, then you are immediately limiting your dating pool to only the boldest and most self-started among us. If you are particularly shy, inhibited, unclear about what you want, or weak in expressing your desires, then you are a primecandidate to
THE GUIDE TO STRONG RELATIONSHIP BOUNDARIES A person with strong boundaries understands that it’s unreasonable to expect two people to accommodate each other 100% and fulfill every need the other has. A person with strong boundaries understands that they may hurt someone’s feelings sometimes, but ultimately they can’t determine how other people feel. THE HIDDEN COSTS OF HAPPINESS A nyone who has ever taken an economics class has heard the phrase, “There’s no such thing as a free lunch.”. Everything has a cost, even if that cost is not always immediately apparent. To achieve anything, you must give up something else. In today’s happiness-obsessed culture, most pursue the opposite: we want to be happy with no costs, and all of the benefits. THE LEVELS OF EYE CONTACT IN ATTRACTION It’s when someone looks at you and breaks eye contact as they normally do, but they hold the eye contact for a split second longer than is normal. I’m talking maybe 1/4 of a second longer. Whereas Level 2 eye contact may last half a second, Level 3 will last 3/4 of a second. It’s subtle, it’s short, and it’s unconscious.MENU
