Singh is replacing George Sachs, who retired on Friday, May 7, after 11 yearsof service.

MCLEAN COMMUNITY CENTER The McLean Community Center (MCC) was built and is funded by residents of Greater McLean for their use through a real estate tax surcharge, the result of a 1970 bond referendum (Small District 1A-Dranesville). The Center also receives money from fees and charges and relies on volunteers, gifts, and donations to expand its program. The McLean Community Center (MCC) Governing Board has appointed Daniel Phoenix Singh as the center’s new executive director. Singh is replacing George Sachs, who retired on Friday, May 7, after 11 yearsof service.

A mix of musical genres give this year’s concerts an international flair, with New Orleans jazz, classic rock and Latin American melodies all on the bill. Concertsbegin at 5 p.m.
