BIOINFORMATICS T3: TRAIN THE TRAINER 2021 The MDI Biological Laboratory is pleased to present Bioinformatics T3: Train the Trainer, a project that supports training in bioinformatics skills for college and university undergraduate science instructors so that they can effectively integrate bioinformatics into their science curricula, and help their students prepare for the 21st-centuryworkplace.
QUANTITATIVE FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPY 2022 Quantitative Fluorescence Microscopy 2022. An international course in fluorescence microscopy and imaging for advanced graduate students, postdoctoral trainees, imaging core managers and researchers at all levels who are incorporating the technology into their laboratories. May 20–27, 2022. Location: MDI Biological Laboratory ( travel HOUSING – MDI BIOLOGICAL LABORATORY Housing. Cottages, efficiency apartments, and dormitories are available for rent by scientists and students visiting the MDI Biological Laboratory for research activities, educational programs, and conferences. The MDI Biological Laboratory is 6 hours northeast of Boston and 3 hours northeast of Portland, Maine. Take Route 3 East towards Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. After crossing the bridge onto Mount Desert Island, bear left on Route 3 towards Bar Harbor. In 4.3 miles, turn left onto Old Bar Harbor Road. The MDI Biological Laboratory is300 feet
