O nly MEAA Media members can be investigated for alleged breaches of the Code. It is a requirement of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 that MEAA FACT SHEET: JOBKEEPER INCOME SUBSIDY The employer must pay eligible employees at minimum $1500 per fortnight before tax. This is a flat rate. Therefore some employees, particularly part-time and casuals may receive more than their ordinary pay. The employer may top up the $1500 payment if you would MEAA NATIONAL MEDIA SECTION COMMITTEE The committee, elected by members of the MEAA Media section, oversees the key policy and strategic direction of MEAA Media, providing a framework around collective bargaining as well as campaigning on press freedom issues and providing guidance on professional developmentissues.
MEAA SCREEN OFFSHORE TEMPLATE Offshore producers have been negotiating one-off deals for each large-scale international production for more than 10 years. In 2014, MEAA members called for a template agreement to cover all of these productions and put forward a set of conditions that represented a balance between conditions that were tailored for US producers, while still protecting some key conditions for Australian crew.MEAA PCA SUMMARY
