DIY Tiered Serving Trays. By Mindi@MyLove2Create. 5:00 AM. Hello Friends! Today I am showing you how to make DIY Tiered Serving Trays to use up some of that scrap wood you have laying around. This project is easy, useful, and it. HOW TO PAINT A SUBFLOOR It is 24 inches long, we made sure that the sections we were not painting were measured from the outsides of the tape, see the tips of the arrows above, on the "leave gray" section. It is a little shorter than the "paint white" section. Our first gray section would becovered by

Start with building two sides. I used my Kreg K5 Pocket-Hole Jig to DIY HEXAGON PLANTERS I also made my stacked planter with 4-2x2's attached together. To connect them put the top piece face down and then add the second hexagon on top. Countersink three screws into three sides. Then add the next piece on top and countersink the screws into the other three sides. Alternate the sides you screw into each time. TURN AN OLD CRIB INTO AN AWESOME DOG CRATE I am exited to share the full tutorial with you today. This has been one of my most popular projects, how to Turn an old Crib into an awesome Dog Crate! Today I am showing you how to make DIY Tiered Serving Trays to use up some of that scrap wood you have laying around. This project is easy, useful, and it.MY PROJECTS
Building Projects. Counter Height Bench. Narrow Cottage End Tables. Chippy Decor Box. DIY Gift Crates. Repurposed Bed to Bench Tutorial. Play Vanity. Pull Down Art Desk. Child's Stool.DIY PORCH PLANTERS
Step 2: Cut 6 pieces for each hexagon planter to desired length. For the taller planters you already have your angled sides cut, now you just need to cut them to the height you want. Cut six pieces for each planter, and have fun with different heights! To cut my small planter,I
ELEVATED PLANTER BOX PLANS 2- 1x2's @ 21'' (side slats) 2- 1x2's @ 48'' long point to long point ends cut at 45 degrees, ends not parallel (top boards) 2- 1x2's @ 24'' long point to long point ends cut at 45 degrees, ends not parallel (top boards ends) Once you have all your wood cut it is time to build. Start with building two sides. I used my Kreg K5 Pocket-Hole Jig to HOW TO PAINT A SUBFLOOR It is 24 inches long, we made sure that the sections we were not painting were measured from the outsides of the tape, see the tips of the arrows above, on the "leave gray" section. It is a little shorter than the "paint white" section. Our first gray section would becovered by
DIY HEXAGON PLANTERS I also made my stacked planter with 4-2x2's attached together. When our dog Sunny started growing out of her old wire dog crate I began looking online for a larger size. I was shocked to see how expensive they were, especially if I wanted somethingbetter
HOW TO TRANSFORM LAMINATE FURNITURE Step 2- Add trim to top, bottom, and all exposed edges. This is the fun part, now you get to add trim! Basically this step is hiding what you added in step one and covering the edges of the laminate furniture. It is what makes it look nice and finished. For my bottom trim I used a 1x3, since it was thick enough to cover the 2x4's I hadadded as
SLANTED WALL BUILT-INS, WITH HIDDEN STORAGE I hope this was helpful if you are planning to tackle a similar project. Here is an approximate cost break down for my sister's built in's: 5 sheets of 3/4 inch 4x8 foot plywood @ 38.97 each = 194.85. 2 inch wood screws 1 lb = 6.47. 1 1/4 inch pocket hole screws, box of 100 = 3.97. Paint tray set= 12.97. HOW TO TURN A DRESSER INTO A BENCH How to turn a dresser into a bench, picture tutorial. In order to add stability to the top after cutting, I attached some scrap 1x2's to the back with pocket holes, and also re-attached the front piece with pocket holes, because it had fallen off when cutting it apart (photoon the left).

On the left you see the XL and medium crate section (the two medium crates are stacked on the back side), the middle section is simply three vegetable crates stacked on top of each other, and the right section is the shelf section which features two large HOW TO TRIM OUT A WINDOW Step 4: Add header casings. I used a 1x6 board for my main header it is cut the same size as the apron and matches up with the side casings. I also added a small piece of decorative trim to separate the header and side casings. You could place a 1x2 like I did with the stool on before you add the 1x6 header and then set the 1x6 on top ofthe 1x2.
HOW TO TURN A DRESSER INTO A BENCH How to turn a dresser into a bench, picture tutorial. HOW TO MAKE A RUSTIC WHEELBARROW Yep, I kind of love it, and honestly my kids were really excited too. In fact they helped get this whole porch together, we had a grand ole time! How to make a Rustic Wheelbarrow: Supplies: 5- 1x4 furring strips. 3- 2x2 furring strips. 1- 1'' dowel. 1- 5/16'' dowel. Woodglue.
TURN YOUR PANTRY INTO A BAKING CENTER DUH!!! So be smart, first add the lowest shelf supports, then all the lower shelf boards. Second, attach the counter supports (make sure you are drilling into all studs and using heavy duty wall anchors if needed), and then add the counter top.STANDING COAT RACK
In order to get the correct placement for your legs, take a scrap 1x3 and use the 3/4'' side to mark all sides of your post. Then attach your legs with glue and 2 1/2'' pocket hole screws 3/4'' from the bottom (at the line you just drew). I clamped the legs while drilling in the screws. You can see I used a 1x3 set on the end, this scrappiece
HOW TO EXTEND A DRESSER I added the hardware cloth to the front of the hampers with a staple gun, then trimmed the excess with wire cutters or pliers. All that was left was to measure and cut the fronts of the dressers. I used 3/4 plywood to match the size of the original drawer fronts and glued and nailed them on from the front. HOW TO INSTALL A PLANK WALL...AND HOW TO AVOID THE BIGGEST Then you continue in the same patternadding one plank at a time, one row at a time. Some rows will have 2 planks some will have three (or more if your wall is super long). Grab a plank, measure it to the space on the wall, mark, cut, and install. Use the left over piece from the same plank toMENU
