The baby vegetables we source from Good Earth Growers in Cornwall are the perfect example of how growing practices can profoundly impact on the final flavour. NATOORA - LARGE SICILIAN POMEGRANATES - OUR PRODUCE Harvested at their peak, our pomegranates are exceptionally high in sugar, with only a hint of tartness. In Sicily, Dino’s bright pomegranate orchards stand out. He has several orchards across the island, from Marsala in the West to Noto in the South East, where the pomegranates hang heavy, at odds with the surrounding vineyards. NATOORA - DELICA PUMPKIN - OUR PRODUCE Delica pumpkins are squat and irregular, each presenting a completely unique landscape of scarred, green-grey skin. Yet this lack of conformity is only skin-deep; when grown correctly, these pumpkins have a depth of flavour that consistently sets them apart. Beneath each gnarly rind, we find densely packed, vibrant flesh that smellsdistinctly
NATOORA - SPANISH AVOCADO - OUR PRODUCE Drawing more calcium from the soil, our growers’ trees produce fruit with a richer oil content and smaller stone. Cultivated with minimum intervention, each avocado is individually measured for ripeness and handpicked at full maturity. With us in three days, we can trace each avocado back to a single grower. WE ARE LEADING A FOOD SYSTEM REVOLUTION. ------------------------- Our mission is to replace a broken, opaque food system with a transparent and sustainable supply chain. We source radically seasonal produce that highlights the true cost of farming, protects the land from soil depletion and favours sustainable, nutritionally dense crops with revolutionary flavour. WE ARE LEADING A FOOD SYSTEM REVOLUTION. ------------------------- The way our food is currently being farmed & supplied is damaging to us and to our planet. We have been leading a food system revolution for over a decade. By putting flavor first, we have shaped the menus of the most forward-thinking chefs in New York, London and Paris and put better quality produce straight into the hands of consumers. We source radically seasonal produce directly from over 400 independent growers as well as straight from our own farms, sidestepping opaque distribution channels and truly understanding the artistry of the growers across our network. Be part of a grassroots movement that empowers farmers, chefs and consumers to work together and create a better future of food.Forget Four Seasons
