MPRE REGISTRATION INFORMATION MPRE registration is a multi-step process. You must complete the NCBE portion of the registration process, schedule your test appointment with Pearson VUE, and pay the test fee by 11:59 p.m. central time on the registration deadline. Absolutely no new registrations will PREPARING FOR THE MBE The MBE consists of 200 multiple-choice questions: 175 scored questions and 25 unscored pretest questions. The pretest questions are indistinguishable from those that are scored, so examinees should answer all questions. The exam is divided into morning and afternoon testing sessions of three hours each, with 100 questions in eachsession.

Note that North Carolina, Oregon, and Washington temporarily lowered their minimum passing scores for the July 2020 exam to 268, 266, and 266, respectively, due to the COVID-19 PREPARING FOR THE MBE The MBE consists of 200 multiple-choice questions: 175 scored questions and 25 unscored pretest questions. The pretest questions are indistinguishable from those that are scored, so examinees should answer all questions. The exam is divided into morning and afternoon testing sessions of three hours each, with 100 questions in eachsession.
