The Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP), is working with CommunicateHealth (CH), a communication and research company, to learn more about your information needs related to clinical preventive services (for example, routine disease screening or scheduled immunizations) and to hear your feedback about ODPHP’s tool, MyHealthfinder. Invitation: to participate in a 1-hour feedback session during the week of June 14. The session will be held remotely via Zoom, a video teleconference platform. Your feedback will help inform the development and promotion of MyHealthfinder.
