INDUSTRIAL WASTE CONTROL NEORSD conducts investigations to identify pollutants within the sewage collection system that have the potential to be reduced through pollution prevention and works with industrial customers to achieve pollution prevention goals. Since 1984, NEORSSD has had an EPA-approved Industrial Pretreatment Program. The Clean Water Act gives the District the authority to regulate industrial ABOUT PROJECT CLEAN LAKE Project Clean Lake is a 25-year program that will reduce pollution in Lake Erie by 4 billion gallons per year.
