AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT: IMPACT ON NONPROFITS AND OTHER American Rescue Plan Act: Impact on Nonprofits and Other Social Good Organizations. On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act into law to provide an additional $1.9 trillion in COVID-19 relief to support for individuals, families, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, education, and cultural institutions.
