NYLA 2021: REGISTRATION RATES After the October 31, 2021 deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Instead, the registration amount, less a $25 administrative-processing fee, will be issued as a credit voucher toward NYLA events within the next calendar year only. No credit or refund will be issued for unused funds.GRANTS - NYLA

DEVELOPING LEADERS PROGRAM NYLA Developing Leaders Program . NYLA is pleased to continue the Developing Leaders Program (DLP). This nine-month program (November-June), totaling 37.5 contact hours, will help participants explore and strengthen their leadership skills.
