DEPRESSION - OXFORD MINDFULNESS CENTRE Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidenced-based treatment that can help those of us with recurrent depression stay well in the long term. This is so we can cope better with distress and difficulties, but also savour life and develop much more of a LIVE KEYNOTES & PRACTICE SESSIONS The OMC is offering free weekly online mindfulness sessions facilitated by Willem Kuyken. The weekly practice sessions are intended for people who have an established mindfulness practice and wish to develop their practice further.
