PANDA LEARNING HUB COURSES The PANDA Learning hub is a new online learning platform to support your better understanding of perinatal mental health. On the Learning Hub you will be able to access a variety of courses relevant to your work, or to support your emotional wellbeing. WELLBEING AND SELF-CARE Exercise. For some people, regular physical exercise is highly beneficial. We know that it can increase serotonin levels - a hormone that contributes to general happiness and wellbeing. PANDA Referral Form. PANDA operates Australia’s only national specialist perinatal helpline. The National Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Helpline provides risk assessment, support, counselling and referral to mothers, fathers, family and friends, and secondary consultation to health professionals. ONLINE TRAINING FOR PLAYGROUP FACILITATORS PANDA's Supported Playgroups Training Coordinator, Mary Edmonds will run live (real-time) monthly reflection sessions via the Learning Hub where you will be able to join fellow participants to discuss the content of the course. The upcoming dates for these reflection sessions are: Thursday 27 May 1:30pm - 2:30pm. Wednesday 9 June 10am -11am.
