Season Tickets If you visit Paradise Park very often, then our Season Tickets could be just what you need. They are valid for a year from the date you buy them, and if you like you can visit the Park every day we are open including bank holidays – stay all day or just pop in for half an hour!WORK EXPERIENCE

THE RED SQUIRREL PROJECT CORNWALL The Red Squirrel Project Cornwall We have bred Red Squirrels at the Park for many years, with young released on Anglesey. Now we are supporting the project to restore the species to Cornwall by setting up breeding groups at Trewithen and Trelowarren estates with the aim of releases in future years. The Park is family run and home to Operation Chough since 1987, and the World Parrot Trust registered charity from 1989. 14 acres including Victorian walled garden, shady jungle walk, the Fun Farm, indoor play and over 1,000 birds and mammals.PARADISE ISLAND

NEW FLAMINGO WEBCAM LAUNCHED New Flamingo Webcam Launched 7th April 2020 Due to recent requests and a big increase in visits to our LIVE Penguin and Chough webcams, we have introduce a brand new Flamingo Webcam.. We wanted to add an another camera and the flamingos are a good choice, both because they have fascinating bonding and nest-building behaviours but also because it is helpful to monitor them at all times. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY VISIT? From the 17th May visitors can sit in the café (wear a mask except when sitting down) or take outside to use the picnic tables and benches around the Park. All transactions with card only. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drink and make use of our picnic areas. NEW FLAMINGO WEBCAM LAUNCHED New Flamingo Webcam Launched 7th April 2020 Due to recent requests and a big increase in visits to our LIVE Penguin and Chough webcams, we have introduce a brand new Flamingo Webcam.. We wanted to add an another camera and the flamingos are a good choice, both because they have fascinating bonding and nest-building behaviours but also because it is helpful to monitor them at all times. FUN FARM WITH MINIATURE DONKEYS AND PETS CORNER There is a limit of 150 bags per day – usually enough for all children and adults too depending on bookings for the day. Currently on the Fun Farm we have four miniature donkeys, Jasmin, Basil, Lily and Periwinkle. Hayle’s position by the sea and its 3 miles of golden sandy beaches make it an ideal holiday destination. RED PANDA - PARADISE PARK The Red Panda has beautiful rusty red fur which it needs to keep warm in the cold mountainous areas where it lives. They are crepuscular, which means that they are especially active at dawn and dusk. Because of their low calorie diet they need to eat for a large part of each day. In the wild their diet is mainly bamboo plus some berriesPYGMY GOATS
A pygmy goat is a breed of miniature domestic goat. They enjoy having items to jump on like to leap and are very good climbers. African pygmy goats prefer to browse rather than pasture. On occasion, they will eat fruit, vegetables and hay.
