Pursuant to the Philippine Commission Women (PCW) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2020-05, dated 11 September 2020, the PCW reminds all State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) to prepare and submit their FY 2021 GAD Plan and Budget (GPB) to their respective Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office on or before 22 October 2020, throughthe GMMS.
GAD PAPs of lower constituent units and campuses should be integrated in the consolidated GPB of the SUC, as stipulated under Section1.2.3.1 of the MC.
Please ensure that in your GPB, the total GAD Budget is at least five percent (5%) of the SUC’s total budget appropriation, as provided under Section 36(a) of the MCW. Per Section 12.2.1 of PCW MC No. 2020-05, GPBs that do not meet the minimum 5% requirement shall not be reviewed nor endorsed by PCW.Email:

It can be accessed through its new website address (http://52.148.72.167/). The new system which is undergoing testing by pilot agencies became inaccessible due to system maintenance, as announced on September 24, 2020.
