Discussion Starter · #1 · Jul 15, 2012. I have seen folks bash and defend the old jetovator. I have seen folks say how great a place diverter is. The only good reason I have heard so far is that the Place diverter has less moving parts and places to leak. That is NOT a concern to me. Im am curious as to how they differ inperformance.
WHAT'S THIS WIRE FOR? It is the duty of the boat manufacturer to make sure that all of the bonding systems are properly hooked up during engine and drive installation. We feel it is also the responsibility of the delivering dealership to make sure the bonding system was properly installed and that the system be explained to the buyer.WEIGHT OF JETBOATS

IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS THE TRIM SENDERS? The senders are mounted on the gimball ring to "bell housing" pivot and have wires that go through the transom shield to the trim pump and trim gauge. Getting the old wires out and the new wires in will require removing the drive and likely removing the "bell housing" that the drive mounts to. My silverado blew the fuse for the trailer running lights in this under hood fuse block. The truck's running lights will work, but the trailer won't if the fuse is blown. WATER IN THE OIL
First thing I suggest is to drain all the oil/water/milkshake out of the engine. watching what comes out will help isolate the problem. plus you don't want to leave the water in the crankcase. CONDENSATION BUILD UP UNDER VALVE COVERS??! I just had valve cover breathers pushed in and was not using a pcv valve on both sides. My oil level did not rise and no water on dip stick. The condensation did build up enough to run down the return holes in the heads and rest on the lifter valley. After mixing with LOWER IMPELLER ON BRAVO 1??? Hi guys! We feel it is also the responsibility of the delivering dealership to make sure the bonding system was properly installed and that the system be explained to the buyer. CONDENSATION BUILD UP UNDER VALVE COVERS??! I just had valve cover breathers pushed in and was not using a pcv valve on both sides. My oil level did not rise and no water on dip stick. The condensation did build up enough to run down the return holes in the heads and rest on the lifter valley. After mixing with LOWER IMPELLER ON BRAVO 1??? Hi guys! I'm brand new to boating and just picked up a 1989 eliminator edge 244 with 150 hours on it. It has a 454 with a bravo 1 drive. Changing out the bellows is a very simple task, once you remove the drive from the boat you will see a silver ring that goes over the lip of the belows. Remove the ring and undo the hose clamp on the other side of the bellows and it comesright out.
