PLYMOUTH'S BUILDINGS Plymouth’s permanent supportive housing have secured entrances that are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that our residents have access to support whenever they need it. Relaxing amenities—such as the roof deck at Sylvia Odom’s Place—offer Plymouth’s PLYMOUTH’S PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING Housing + Support. Permanent supportive housing is a proven, cost-effective, and compassionate model that Plymouth uses to help people out of homelessness. By “permanent,” we mean that there is no time limit on our housing. Some Plymouth residents live with us for just a few years before moving into a different permanent apartment. ADULT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING Plymouth Housing Group transforms lives by providing permanent, supportive homes to homeless people with few other options for housing. Since 1980, we’ve been providing homes to the most challenged homeless adults in our community. Today, over 1,000 formerly-homeless adults live in 13 Plymouth residential apartment buildings in the downtown Seattle area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business from California State University at Chico and has done graduate work in psychology. Before joining Plymouth, Lambros was interim executive director for an AIDS organization in San Francisco and director ofhousing
BUILDING HISTORIES: ALMQUIST PLACE AND LEWISTON/SCARGO Lewiston/Scargo. Originally built between 1910-1911, the Lewiston Hotel operated as a single occupancy workers’ hotel that offered industrialized features such as hot water and shared baths. Prior to the Lewiston’s construction, the property and existing building were owned by boat engineer Martin Paup. CHARLES The St. Charles, originally called the Rector Hotel, was designed by famous architect John Graham The building was a gift from Amos Brown to his son, Alson Lennon Brown. Originally slated as an upscale tourist hotel, the Rector Hotel ended up a more modest building after major revisions and renovations were made during the hotel’sdevelopment

REMEMBERING KRIS BENSON Remembering Kris Benson. Posted December 8, 2020. On November 23, we lost a dear member of our Plymouth staff to a tragic incident. As you may have heard, Kristin “Kris” Benson, our Housing Case Manager who had worked for Plymouth for 8 years, was fatally assaulted by a resident.
