THE RECIPE CIRCUS
All you do is: Register. (All you need is an email address). Create your Home Page and Preferences. Start Entering Recipes! lick H ere to G et S tarted. You don't even need to have your own computer. It will work great even if you are accessing the Internet from your library or school. You can see what other Kitchen Klowns have done on theirI CAN COOK, YAY!
This collection of recipes contains our favorites going back several generations plus some new ones that have recently passed our "Love ItOr Shove It" test.
COOK’S COUNTRY SHRIMP BURGERS Heat the oil over medium heat in a non-stick 12-inch skillet to 350F. Put the burgers in the oil and cook until golden brown, flipping once (about 3-5 minutes per side). They should register 140-145F when done. Serve with sauce of your choice on a toasted bun with the lettuce.Serves 4.
FRIED ONION CHEESEBURGERS Recipe. Combine onion slices and 1 teaspoon salt in colander and let sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to clean dish towel, gather edges, and squeeze onion slices dry. Spread onion slices on rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon pepper, and toss to combine. Divide onion mixture into four 2-inch mounds. POTATOES AU GRATIN W/CANNED POTATOES Recipe. Melt margarine in sauce pan and add flour. Mix till smooth and then add milk. Add 1/2 the cheese and Garlic powder and stir. Pour over potatoes in a small baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 for 25 minutes or until it starts to brown. FRANCO'S SICILIAN MEATBALLS & SPAGHETTI In a heavy 5-quart Dutch oven, heat the olive oil to medium high. Then drop in the chopped onions and the garlic and - stirring constantly - lightly sauté them together until they just soften (it is not necessary to brown the onions and you don’t want the garlic to burn). About two to three minutes should do it. BUTTERMILK SCONES FROM BAKING WITH JULIA Position the oven racks to divide the oven. into thirds and preheat the oven to 425蚌. Mixing and Kneading: In a medium bowl, stir. the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking. soda, and salt together with a fork. Add the. cold butter pieces and, using your. fingertips (the first choice), a pastry. STONEFIRE GRILL NUTTY COLESLAW In large bowl, combine cabbages, green onions and red pepper, tossing well. Add dressing to taste, being careful not to overdress, and toss until mixed. Add peanuts and mix well. Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour before serving to avoid mixture becoming soggy. NOTE: Cabbage/vegetable mixture can be mixed and refrigerated in advance,then
JUSTIN WILSON'S MACARONI SALAD Cook the macaroni acoording to the package directions, drain, and cool. Combine in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and blend this into the salad ingredients. If it is still too dry, add more mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 1 day before serving.NUT PORRIDGE

IMPOSSIBLY EASY BUTTERSCOTCH PIE Spray a 9 X 1 1/4 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Place all. ingredients except pecans and sweetened whipped cream in blender.
