Chimichurri Grilled Chicken is fresh, flavorful and perfect for summer grilling! Seasoned chicken breasts are topped with a sauce made with parsley, cilantro, garlic, red chiles, lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil. In a large bowl combine all of the chicken ingredients minus the lime juice and the pepper and onion ingredients. Toss the chicken in the marinade until coated, cover, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Preheat a 12 inch cast iron skillet over high heat with 2teaspoons of oil.

Instructions. In a large bowl combine all of the salad ingredients. In a small bowl or mason jar whisk or shake all of the vinaigrette ingredients together until combined. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss everything together. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. PEAR, PROSCIUTTO AND GORGONZOLA PIZZA Brush the teaspoon of olive oil all over the top of the dough, then sprinkle on salt, pepper, and the fresh thyme. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses and gorgonzola crumbles all over the pizza. Top evenly with the sliced pear, prosciutto, and caramelized onions. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes or GROUND TURKEY AND MUSHROOM STROGANOFF Remove the mushrooms from the skillet onto a plate then add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil to the skillet.
