On foot: we’re just off the Cotswold Way OUTDOOR SUMMER THEATRE With pandemic restrictions a little more relaxed, we have so far had record interest in our summer events programme which takes place in the clean Cotswold air of WHAT'S ON - ROCOCO GARDEN, PAINSWICK GLOS The history and restoration of Painswick Rococo Garden. You must follow government guidance when you visit – please click here for the latest information. In June, the Garden will be open Wednesday – Sunday plus Tuesday 1 June.Our opening hours are 10am-5pm with the last available entry slot on weekdays between 2.30 & 3pm and at A GARDEN FOR ADVENTURE As the UK’s only complete surviving rococo garden, there’s nowhere like Painswick Rococo Garden. The establishment began to shun the perceived vulgarity of rococo, and so, over the 200 years that followed, the Garden was altered to reflect changing tastes.GROUP VISITS

Squeezed into a valley, with deceptive vistas juxtaposed with serpentine paths, the Garden is peppered with charming follies to surprise and delight.
