MALICIOUS PROSECUTION SCANDAL: DUFF AND PHELPS SUES LORD The firm that dealt with the administration of Rangers when it collapsed is suing the Lord Advocate for £25 million over the case that alleged the club was sold fraudulently, The Herald reports.
