THE OLIVE BRANCH YOUTH MAGAZINE The Olive Branch was researched, written, edited and produced by Seeds of Peace graduates, allowing them to react to current events, share experiences, and maintain open and active dialogue. The magazine guaranteed freedom of expression for all Seeds and their wide range of experience and opinions, from Palestinians living under military occupation in refugee camps, to Israeli soldiers sharing TIMOTHY (TIM) P. WILSON Timothy (Tim) P. Wilson. Tim Wilson has more than 50 years of experience in education, public service and athletic coaching. Currently, Tim serves as Senior Advisor to Seeds of Peace, an organization that he has been with since its founding in 1993, and Director of its Maine Seeds Programs. Until 2006, he was the Director of both the Seeds of MAINE SEEDS PROGRAMS In 2000, Seeds of Peace launched its first United States-focused initiative, working to address tensions in Maine as a result of rapidly changing demographics. The Maine Seeds leadership program begins with a transformative two-week experience at the Seeds of Peace Camp and continues with year-round local and school-based activitiesthat bridge

Fr. Josh Thomas is an Episcopal priest, scholar and interfaith educator. He is Board Chair of the Alliance for Middle East Peace, a coalition of 100+ organizations working at the grassroots level to build peace between Israelis and Palestinians, and has also served as Executive Director of Kids4Peace since 2011.. Josh led a State Department exchange program for youth in post-war Bosnia CYPRUS PROGRAM ART PROJECT An art program, for all Cypriots to create together, was designed for the first Cypriot Seeds in 1998. It was such a successful experience for the youth that it remained an JANE TOLL - SEEDS OF PEACE Jane graduated from Columbia University and received her Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She and husband Robert Toll, also of the Seeds of Peace Board, have five children, one of whom has been a counselor at Camp for multiple years, and ten grandchildren. “Seeds of Peace is the only chance we have.MATTHEW COUREY

CROSS-BORDER INITIATIVES Seeds of Peace offers a variety of cross-border initiatives that reconnect Delegation Leaders and involve additional educators, artists, and community leaders in a people-to-people experience, while engaging them with the core themes of our Capacity-Building Programs. These programs range from one-day workshops to two-week EducatorCourses.

Now, two decades later, over 3,000 young leaders and several hundred educators from the Middle East have graduated from the Seeds of Peace Camp, including delegates from Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Yemen. CROSS-BORDER INITIATIVES Seeds of Peace offers a variety of cross-border initiatives that reconnect Delegation Leaders and involve additional educators, artists, and community leaders in a people-to-people experience, while engaging them with the core themes of our Capacity-Building Programs.
