We fund research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes, deliver services to hundreds of communities, provide objective and credible information and give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes. STEVE SMITH FAMILY FOUNDATION Established in 2013, the Steve Smith Family Foundation is dedicated to providing hope and inspiration to those in need and advancing causes that are close to the heart of the founder’s family, including domestic violence awareness and prevention, as well as family health and wellness services.
