Pearson is coming to Kellogg by way of Victor Public Schools in Victor, Mont., where he held the same position for several years. CONVICTED MURDERERS GRANTED PAROLE SANDPOINT — The Idaho Commission of Parole & Pardons is paroling two brothers who were serving lifelong prison sentences for murdering a U.S. Forest Service law enforcement officer in 1989. The commission conducted a parole hearing involving James Kevin Pratt and Joseph Earl Pratt on Friday, according to online records.
