In total, the MDRF supported 92 intermediary organizations and awarded over $11.6 million. RACIAL EQUITY RESOURCES Racial Equity Resource Directory from Minnesota Compass, listing racial equity programs and training providers for organizations and people working to combat racism and increase cultural competence. Racial equity, healing and justice resources from W. K. Kellogg Foundation. Books, articles, and more from the Anti-Racism Project. COMMUNITY SHARING FUND Community Sharing Fund is a unique emergency grant program that supports thousands of East Metro residents every year as they navigate financial setbacks. PAUL REGIONAL WORKFORCE INNOVATION NETWORK (2013-2020) In 2013, MSPWin was established as a funders’ collaborative comprised of eight philanthropic organizations, eventually expanding to 13 local and national organizations, committed to strengthening the workforce in the seven-county Minneapolis SaintPaul region.
NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT IMPROVE FUND Anchoring Nonprofits in Stability and Strength. To strengthen the internal operations of nonprofit organizations, the Management Improvement Fund provides grants to small and midsize nonprofits operating in, or serving, the Twin Cities East Metro (Ramsey, Dakota or Washington counties). HOW TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL ENDOWMENT FUND Eric Nesheim, executive director, Literacy Minnesota (formerly known as Minnesota Literacy Council):. I think establishing an endowment fund is a good idea for a nonprofit, and it can be a great option for donors. DUKE 3M EMPLOYEES ASSISTANCE FUND The J. C. & L. A. Duke Employees’ Assistance Fund assists current and retired 3M employees and their families who have experienced a financial hardship as a result of a catastrophic illness or accident.
