8V92 550HP?
The original 8V92 with the high mount turbo was rated at 430 HP and would pull 480 easy we had one in an international that put 515 to the ground. In its time that was the most HP to the ground we ever tested and we did K's not to get paid for but as a favor. Ours was the only 600 HP dyno in Edmonton, at the time. T.NO POWER TO A/C
The computer has detected a fault in the system and will not attempt to run the a/c to prevent possible system damage. The fault you have is for an open circuit in the "thermistor". You will need to post the complete engine serial number so it can be researched as far as the highest HP rating it cango. Also a C-10 grossing 80.000 lbs pulling an end dump will be miserable to drive, because it has no power.HOW MANY HOURS?

INTERNATIONAL 4300 HVAC ISSUE I've got an 05 4300 and the air is only coming out of the vents. I checked all the fuses and breakers in the cab fuse panel and they all check out. I do not think it's the control as the air gets noticably colder when it is turned to AC on a warm day. Has anyone else had thisissue and what did

IS IT WORTH SWITCHING TO A CAT SINGLE TURBO FROM A TWIN i know this has probably been addressed before but, we have six 2006 trucks with accerts and have already rebuilt one. I was just wondering what it takes to turn them into a single turbo, and how much it would cost. if its not a lot more should we be switching them when the motorgets rebuilt?
ENGINE TEMP ON A DT466 Yes, the temps you are seeing are completely normal, maybe a *little* on the cold side at 170*F, but certainly OK on the high side at 220*F under load. The viscous fan drive should come on HARD and LOUD about 220*F or so. You need to verify that the indicated gauge temp IS the same as the actual coolant temp using a laser temperature gun or COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACEMENT ESTIMATED COST Well it finally happened after 300k miles of boat deliveries around the country. Sounds like the bottom end let go, so now I have to replace the engine. The dealership quoted me over $11,000 for a new/rebuilt engine, installed, and without a warranty due to mods. DT 408 WORTHWHILE?
The DT408 is a "destroked" DT466 while the DT530 is an over-bored DT466. So, the DT408 and DT530 each share a major common part with the DT466, one the cylinder pack (408) and the other the crank (530). SETTING TOE IN
Spec for any truck is 1/16 to 1/8th of an inch toe in. With good king pins and tie rod ends try for 1/16 if there is wear go for 1/8. We have an alignmet machine but if all Im doin is setting toe i just use a tape its faster and is just as acurrate. hello guys. Truck is an 06 250. 142,xxx miles. Bone stock. replaced FICM 1-6-12 EGR also. cam sensor replaced 12-08-10 (20,000 miles ago). Truck was at dealership 5-12-12 for diag, came back with a glow plug circuit open cyl 7 (only DTC). This thing randomly stalls whiledriving. Its really

Looks like you need a set of injector 0-rings. those codes refer to loss of injection pressure. The long rail on the side of the head is the High pressure rail for the injectors. If you have a gauge that goes up to 1000psi or better you can tap into the pressure sensor port and check cranking pressure. DT466 NOT GETTING FUEL? Hi, I'm new to the site so thank you in advance. LETTING A DIESEL SIT? 2005 Dodge 2500 Quad Cab 5.9 Cummins Auto Tranny, AEM Brute Force Intake,ATS Arc Flow, 4'' MRBP Exhaust, Edge Ez, 2'' Leveling Kit, 315 70 R17 Cooper Tires. P132B CODE | THE DIESEL GARAGE P132B is a fault code that is set if the required boost levels are not achieved during a learn cycle or at specific speed fuel demand points. This code indicates that there are issues with the turbocharger, MAF sensor, MAP sensor/hose, IAT2 sensor, intake leaks, or exhaust leaks, etc. A solution MAY be as simple as performing the VGT relearn ALLISON MT653..WHAT IS IT?
