DELICIOUS HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM Whisk until you have a creamy, smooth and thick paste (with no lumps in the cocoa powder). Add about ½ cup of milk first and whisk to mix well. Add the rest of the milk and 1 cup cream and whisk to combine. Add the semisweet chocolate into the saucepan too. Cook for about 5 - 10 minutes until the liquid thickens and has a syrup-like consistency. Add the salt, crushed chili flakes and cubed peaches.Stir to mix.
THE PERFECT PAVLOVA (STEP BY STEP RECIPE) Prepping the oven and baking tray. Pavlova is baked in a low heat oven to make sure it dries out slowly. So the oven is preheated to 300°F/150°C, but immediately lowered to 225°F/110°C when you place the pavlova in the oven. This slab is cut into 10 – 12 sections, and then each section is placed on the baking tray, proofed for the second time and baked. This method is easier and less time consuming. With this method, the hot dog buns will have rougher edges where they were cut.
