_These Brie, Pesto and Caramelized Onion Burgers are absolute grilling decadence! Delicious as beef or turkey burgers, they’re perfect for company and no one will believe they’re 21 Day Fix approved and Weight Watchers friendly!_ Hey guys! How has everything been going? We’re still getting ready for the big move and I might be super stressed but I’m also SO happy that it’s finally getting nice here on the Cape!! I’m so ready for all of the grilling and warm-weather grub I can hardly stand it, so these glorious burgers have the most perfect timing – plus Memorial Day weekend is only a week away so there’sthat!

Did you guys know that my crazy fam lived in the Louisville area for a couple of years? We loved Louisville and met some of the very best people there! There’s a lot to love about Louisville, but one thing that stands out pretty much as soon as you get there is that the “fastest two minutes in sports” is a BFD and Kentuckians DO. IT. UP. The parties, the outfits, the hats, the _mint juleps_. It’s all southern charm and luxury and traditions almost 150 years in the making. _These easy, one-bowl whole wheat waffles are the perfect, healthy, make-ahead breakfast (plus they feel like a treat)! 21 Day Fix counts and Weight Watchers points included!_ Hey guys! How’s it going? Can I just say that I took my office (read: laptop) to the beach today and have the best office view ever?? I’m trying to get in all of these glorious Cape Cod beach views while I still can before we move this summer. ♥ Anyway… let’s talk waffles! I freaking love waffles and would take them over pancakes any day of the week. There’s something about their crispy, chewy fantasticness that just makes my heart _so_ happy. I tested these a few different ways, and this was our fave, perfectly light and crispy and ready to be topped with all of your favoritethings!
