In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, garlic, oil, and seasonings. Coat your hands in a little oil and roll into tablespoon-sized meatballs and place on parchment paper. It’s a one-skillet dish that is derived from North Africa and is traditionally served with challah or crusty bread. What’s also great about this dish is it looks all fancy, but it’s incredibly easy! INSTANT POT JAPANESE STYLE SHORT RIB RAMEN Switch to MANUAL mode and set it for 45 minutes. Allow for natural release of 15 minutes. Once the Instant Pot reads L 0:15, take lid off safely and shred the ribs and discard any bones. Switch back to SAUTE mode and bring broth to a simmer. Add ramen and cook until noodles are 4 DAY WHOLE30 MEAL PREP PLAN Winning! Lunch MTW Meal # 1 Turkey Apple Clup Lettuce Wraps and Carrot Sticks with Almond Butter for dipping. Lunch T TH Meal #2 Slow Cooker Carnitas Burrito Bowls. Dinner MWF Meal#3 Greek Chicken Salad Meal Prep Bowls. Dinner T TH Meal#4 Butternut Squash Noodles with Crockpot Bolognese Sauce. Soak the dates for approximately 15 minutes to soften them up- makes it easier to blend. 2. Done. Blend dates and raisins in a food processor. 3. Done. Remove date and raisin mixture and add the nuts and pulse until finely chopped. ROASTED ROUND ROAST WITH MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE Add salt and pepper and sauce mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add shallots and sauce until aromatic (about 1 minute) Pour the wine and cognac to the pan and simmer until it reduces by half. Stir in coconut cream and cook on low (10 minutes) When roast is thoroughly cooked, allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with sauce and garnish with freshthyme.

Add garlic and sauté for additional 30 seconds. Add onion, garlic, and sausage to sauce pan with potatoes. Pour in coconut milk and chicken stock and stir. Turn on heat to medium low and bring to asimmer.
